The staff at Scandic Europa was attentive and easy-going, some of the best in Gothenburg. The location of the hotel was perfect and magnificent, close to a train station and easy to find.- The in-house restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals on the menu.

The place was clean, well-equipped and air-conditioned rooms. Generous breakfast, plenty of meals. A sofa set, an iron and ironing board, and a kettle in the room and the nice bed. Wonderful, unbeatable location in the Nordstan shopping center. Based right by the shopping centre, which is one of thw biggest as well as many sights and sounds, and great restaurants.

The rooms here are well-equipped with amenities suitable for all guests, including those with disabilities, and the location is fantastic.

The location is absolutely perfect and they have parking nearby. the staff at the reception desk is competent. the food is outstanding, and Norda is close by.

the rooms were both brand-new, nicely furnished, complete with a view on the mall and enough space to move for the baby, as example. the breakfast was good hot and extensive with vegan alternatives, all the food was excellent. the location was favourable and perfect, close to everything and the interior design was nice.

The bar at this place is fantastic, and the staff are excellent; the breakfast spread includes a variety of hot dishes, meats, and perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs.

Sauna pool. Wonderful breakfast. Supermarket in the building next door.

Parking difficulties

Great location, rooms clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast. Great with iron and ironingboard as well.

Only thing missing was a small fridge/minibar.

This place is conveniently located near a train station, shopping malls, and major shops.

The rooms were well-equipped with Scandinavian decor and hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was perfect, just 5 min walk from Nordstan Shopping Centre. Furthermore, by the HAK's restaurant.

the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, internet functioning poorly, substandard tableware in the breakfast rooms

The room came with an iron and comfortable beds, and the hotel's proximity to Nordstan Shopping Centre and the train station made it super convenient.

The parking is in a park house too far away!
